This 2.8 inch TFT LCD screen is a 2.8-inch TFT LCD module with RGB+SPI dual interface design, supporting 24-bit color depth (default configuration) and a resolution of 480 (RGB) × 640 pixels. Its core driver chip is ST7701S, with an operating voltage range of 3.0V~3.6V (typical value 3.3V). It is equipped with a non-touch screen version, and the backlight adopts constant current drive (voltage 18.0~20.4V, current 22mA), with a typical brightness of 500 cd/m², which meets the needs of various indoor and outdoor scenes.
2.8 inch TFT LCD screen supports wide viewing angle (85° up, down, left and right), a typical contrast ratio of 1000:1, a response time of 30ms, a color gamut coverage of about 71% (CIE 1931 standard), and excellent optical performance. The mechanical dimensions are 38.2mm (width) × 182.47mm (height) × 3.5mm (thickness), and the compact design is suitable for embedded applications. The operating temperature range is -20℃～+70℃, and the storage temperature is -30℃～+80℃. It has passed reliability tests such as high temperature, low temperature, vibration and electrostatic discharge, and has strong stability.
In terms of interface, it provides 40-pin RGB parallel bus and SPI serial communication options (default RGB 24-bit mode), supports flexible configuration to 18/16-bit mode, and unused data pins need to be grounded. When using, be careful to avoid displaying static images for a long time (it is recommended to refresh within 2 minutes). It is recommended to use a black or dynamic screen saver to prevent image retention.
