TFT-H028A19VG1ST5N40 is a 2.8 inch TFT LCD Screen with RGB+SPI dual interface design, supporting 24-bit color depth (default configuration) and a resolution of 480 (RGB) × 640 pixels. Its core driver chip is ST7701S, with an operating voltage range of 3.0V~3.6V (typical value 3.3V). It is equipped with a non-touch screen version, and the backlight adopts constant current drive (voltage 18.0~20.4V, current 22mA), with a typical brightness of 500 cd/m², which meets the needs of various indoor and outdoor scenes.
This 2.8 inch TFT LCD Screen supports wide viewing angle (85° up, down, left and right), a typical contrast ratio of 1000:1, a response time of 30ms, a color gamut coverage of about 71% (CIE 1931 standard), and excellent optical performance. The mechanical dimensions are 38.2mm (width) × 182.47mm (height) × 3.5mm (thickness), and the compact design is suitable for embedded applications. The operating temperature range is -20℃～+70℃, the storage temperature is -30℃～+80℃, and it has passed reliability tests such as high temperature, low temperature, vibration and electrostatic discharge, and has strong stability.
