HTG1602F-31W-A5P, this 16x2 Character COG LCD dark pixels on a gray background. This transflective FSTN positive LCD is visible in ambient light or backlight. In ambient light, the display is clearly visible due to the reflective effect of the polarizer, reflecting the image to the viewer. In dark environments, the display has a backlight, allowing the viewer to clearly see the display content. As a COG display, there is no PCB, and the controller/driver is bonded directly to the glass of the display. The LCD offers a wide operating temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. This built-in ST7032D controller. The display features a 6:00 optimal view, 4-bit/8-bit parallel interface, operates at 5.0V supply voltage and is RoHS compliant.
