HTM-2004-2-41W-A5P/5.0V/4X20 Monochrome Character LCD Module /DFSTN- /White Backlight /Black Background White Character Display/Arduino Display/ST7066U
The HTM.2004.2.41w.A5P is a 20-character wide, 4-line LCD module with a single white LED backlight that can be easily dimmed by resistor or PWM. It features a DFSTN negative LCD, black background with white text, high contrast, wide operating temperature range, wide viewing angle, and is Rohs compliant. The built-in character set supports English/Japanese text. Please refer to the ST7066U datasheet for the complete character set. An optional I2C adapter board is available for pin connections, 5V or 3.3V power supply, and Arduino.
It can be easily controlled by MCUs such as 8051, Arduino, etc. It can be used in any embedded system, industrial equipment, security, medical equipment, and handheld devices.
