HTM12864F-25W-A5P is a 12864 monochrome graphic dot matrix LCM liquid crystal module. It is a COB structure LCM with 20PIN. It has a built-in KS108 or AIP31108 controller (or item IC) and a 6800 8-bit parallel interface. 5V voltage. Multi-color LED backlight options, but white LEDs cannot be used. Glass has positive display, negative display and STN type LCD. The operating temperature is minus 20 degrees to +70 degrees. All materials comply with environmental requirements and RoHS standards. This graphics module is widely used in various industrial instruments and consumer products, such as: measuring instruments, fuel dispenser equipment, vending machines, coffee machines, audio, POS systems, or home appliances, communication equipment, automation equipment, etc. .
