HTG1602D-25W-A5P, this 16x2 Character COG) LCD displays dark pixels on a blue background. This transflective STN positive LCD is visible in ambient light or backlight. In ambient light, the image is reflected to the viewer due to the reflection of the polarizer, and in dark environments, the content of the display can be clearly seen with the backlight. As a COG display, there is no PCB, and the controller/driver is bonded directly to the glass of the display. The LCD offers a wide operating temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. This one has a built-in ST7032D controller. The display has a 6:00 optimal view, a 4-bit/8-bit parallel interface, operates on a 5.0V supply voltage and is RoHS compliant.
