3.0 inch 128x64 RGB LCD Graphic Dot Matrix Module 128×64 dot matrix, COB (Chip on Board) Graphic LCD Module, This product is a FSTN positive gray LCD mode with red, green and blue LED backlight. It has a six o'clock viewing direction and a fully transparent polarizer, and is recommended for indoor applications. Of course, since the fully transparent polarizer is applied to make the backlight fully transparent, it is still readable outdoors when the LED backlight brightness is large enough. This product has a negative voltage and is assembled with a 1/64 Duty and controller ST7565R or equivalent chip on board. The interface type is parallel. This is a ROHS-compliant product manufactured in accordance with ISO standards and procedures.
