This Hot Display 3-inch 128x64 Graphic LCD Display Module has a white background with 128x64 monochrome dark gray pixels, the ST7567 controller is very common and well documented, it has a 4-wire SPI interface, FSTN-LCD positive, wide operating temperature range, wide viewing angle, ROHS compliant, and compact size. Pin header connections by default.

It can be easily controlled by MCUs such as 8051, PIC, AVR, ARDUINO, ARM, and Raspberry Pi. It can be used in any embedded system, industrial equipment, security, medical, and handheld devices.
