The HTG12864-20R-01Y-28C10-V02 is a 1.8-inch, 128x64 pixel monochrome graphic dot matrix COG (Chip on Glass) LCD display module featuring a white background. Built around the ST7567 controller, this module utilizes efficient interfaces, notably a four-wire serial SPI, enabling straightforward connection and control with mainstream microcontrollers including 8051, PIC, AVR, Arduino, ARM, and Raspberry Pi. Its compact COG structure incorporates an FPC connection (with an optional convenient ZIF connector), facilitating easy assembly, disassembly, and quick integration onto driver boards. Engineered for reliability, the module boasts high contrast, a wide operating temperature range, and a built-in white LED backlight to ensure stable performance across diverse environments.
